DispersionField([ellip, theta, sigma, ...])	Two dimensional Velocity Dispersion.
GalaxyBase(x, y, x_0, y_0, amplitude, r_eff, ...)	Class to define a galaxy.
VelField([vmax, r_eff, ellip, theta, x_0, ...])	Two dimensional Velocity Field following arctan approximation.
